For any pet that we approve, we guarantee our owners up to $500 in damage protection for any pet damage above and beyond what the traditional security deposit covers.

Leasing Guarantee

Our leasing guarantee states that if a tenant does not fulfill the terms of their lease, we will charge them a lease break fee.
