Melodee Groninger is the Owner of Ubiquity Property Management & Realty, based in Minot, North Dakota. Before starting Ubiquity Property Management & Realty in 2016, she formally worked at a local  real estate investment trust company, IRET, managing over 4,500 units in the 5 state area. She received her Real Estate License in 1999 and her Brokers License in 2013. Melodee’s entire real estate career has had an emphasis on multi-family and investment properties; assisting with purchasing large depreciated properties. She converted low vacancy to full occupancy by renovating and creating new marketing strategies.  Producing high rates of return on investment is her main focus for her owners. With decades of experience in business operations and a strong commitment to the local community, Melodee provides steady leadership and a hands-on approach to property management.

Having lived and worked in the Minot area for many years, Melodee brings deep knowledge of the local rental market and a clear understanding of the needs of both property owners and tenants. She is dedicated to maintaining well-managed properties, fostering positive tenant relationships, and protecting the long-term value of each investment under her care.

Tracie Alt is a dedicated property management professional since 2022 based in Minot, North Dakota. With strong ties to the local community, she brings a practical, hands-on approach to managing residential properties while prioritizing clear communication, organization, and dependable service.

Tracie works closely with property owners and tenants to ensure properties are well maintained, expectations are clearly defined, and issues are addressed promptly and professionally. Her attention to detail and commitment to consistency help create positive rental experiences and long-term value for property owners.

Dana Gray is a Leasing Agent with Ubiquity Property Management & Realty in Stanley and Tioga, North Dakota. As a local community member, Dana brings a friendly, organized, and service-focused approach to helping prospective tenants find the right place to call home.

In her role, Dana works closely with renters throughout the leasing process, from property showings and applications to move-in coordination. She is known for clear communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail, helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for both tenants and property owners.
