Move Out Process

Upon move out, there are many things that we need to do on our end! The first thing we do is require all units to have the carpets professionally cleaned! Whether the tenant hires someone or we do it needs to be done! If the tenant hires then we need a copy of the receipt. There also can be many things that need to happen! The cleaning that is required is a very deep clean! Therefore, if it isn't deep cleaned then we need to hire someone to clean. Any holes or scuffs on the walls will need to be filled or painted! The turnover process is an intensive process. After all the cleaning and maintenance is done, we need to wait to get the invoices from the companies that was we can charge it! We have 30 days to process a move out unless the cost goes over the amount of your security deposit.
