Application Information

We require and application for all of our properties. This application checks your background, credit score, and it looks for any past evictions. What are our requirements you may ask? We require that you have no felonies, sex offenses, or drug offenses in the last 7 years. We also require a credit of 620+, you are however, able to get a co-signer. Lastly, we require that you don't have any past evictions. The background requirements make it so we need to have an application from anyone 18+ living in the unit for 2+ weeks at a time. If they have any of these offenses, they aren't able to reside in the unit. This is all the info on our rental applications!
